Each piece is lovingly handmade and created with great attention to detail.
Due to the hand-crafted nature, no two pieces are exactly the same. Each will have unique differences or quirks.
Great care has been taken to ensure that photographs and text descriptions are a true representation of the product. However, please bear in mind that colours may appear different on screen and slight variations may occur.
I hope you will be completely happy with your Clare Jane Design but if you are not satisfied, please feel free to contact me on email@example.com and we can discuss the issue and come to an agreement on how best to address it.
Lots of love and care has gone into each piece that has been created and care instructions do need to be followed to ensure the longevity of all my hand-crafted creations.
Please pay close attention to the care instructions that can be found enclosed with each piece purchased.
If a piece is created to bespoke criteria, that is to say it has been made to a specific size or colour, then it is not eligible for a refund. Please bear this in mind when ordering.
Bespoke pieces may require a deposit before any work will be started, a budget will be discussed and agreed during consultation. If there are any fluctuations in cost due to items being unavailable these will be discussed before going ahead.
Lead time (time from ordering to completion)
As each piece is made to order, their lead time is order-specific and can range from 4-6 weeks depending on the size and complexity. You will be notified of expected lead time when ordering your own unique piece.

Delivery & Shipping
If item is to be shipped please allow 3-4 business days.
Extra care will be taken when shipping orders to ensure it arrives safely.
